Call Center Workshop

Your organization already runs an AI assistant somewhere: a help desk bot, a knowledge base search, a Copilot rollout. Nobody has tested what it can reach or what it will give up. In this session you learn how agents work and why they refuse, then pull system prompts and data out of purpose-built agents running on an isolated local network.

For: blue team, SOC, GRC, sysadmins, help desk leads, students, and the curious. No code, browser only, no experience needed.
